pop-up blocker as a new window will open with the paypal secure server page (https site). Note that you do not
need to be a member of paypal to make a payment. Simply fill in the payment amount at the top of the screen. If
you are a paypal member, please login. If you are not a member of paypal, click on the word "continue"
in the following sentence on the paypal site to continue without joining paypal -- "Use your credit card or bank account
(where available). Continue"
